Job Classification, Salary Scale Review and Performance
The National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA) is seeking a Consultant with
specialized knowledge and wide experience in Job Classification, Salary Scale Review
and Performance Management Exercise to undertake a review of NAWASA’s existing job
classification and performance management system.
The Consultant is expected to complete within 3 months, an assessment of NAWASA’s
existing job classification and performance management system to determine its
• Measure and systematically assess job value and compensation internally and relative
to the local business environment.
• Recognize and motivate good performers and encourage continuous improvement through the Organization.
The Terms of Reference is available for collection at the Office of the General Manager,
NAWASA, the Carenage, St. George’s, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. or
by contacting the Human Resources Manager at email@example.com.
Proposals must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on Friday August 14th, 2020 in a sealed
envelope and addressed to the General Manager, National Water and Sewerage
Authority, P.O. Box 392, The Carenage, St. George’s, Grenada.
